I agree. In many states you can legally own any fully Automatic gun up to 50 cal, with a class c license. You don’t have to be affiliated with law enforcement, or military in any way to get a class c.
This information is unsubstantiated and in some instances completely incorrect. An AK-47 is NOT illegal in most states and the fact that someone is active duty military does not have any bearing upon the legality of owning firearm “X”.
